Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped by reputed transport/courier agencies. Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct address. Pin code/Zip code is mandatory to ensure correct delivery.
Deliveries will be made on business days only. All products will be shipped from our warehouse in Gurugram. Delivery takes 4-5 business days on average. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at home/office to receive it, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location.
If you want to change postal address, customers should email us on support@trendivastra.com. We don’t guarantee that request will be addressed, but we will try our best.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by email.
